Are you writing a crime thesis for uni or something? You don’t look much older than Jack and Tom were when they first started hanging together. You see, they were the sons that our founder, John Jessop, never had. They ended up marrying one another’s sisters – talk about keep it in the family. Becoming a member of The Boys was difficult but leaving was nigh on impossible. The two Dave’s saw to that. Jenkins was an animal – cruel and unpredictable, but nothing in comparison to Quilter – he was pure evil. Then there was Philippa, she moved to these parts back in sixty-six, around about the time Bobby and the lads brought the cup home. You would never have guessed she was a professional lady, so to speak. She was beautiful in every way, and nothing like the rest of those Manc fuckers, but we’ll get to them in due course.
